Rally for Shawn: Urgent support after accident

Hi, my name is Scott Worthington, and I'm reaching out on behalf of my incredible brother-in-law, Shawn, his loving wife Robyn, and their six beautiful children.

Yesterday, while working at home, Shawn was caught in a devastating accident. A utility Gator unexpectedly lunged forward, pinning him between the trailer and the vehicle. His hip was broken, femur was shattered in two places, and most critically, an artery in his leg was nearly severed, cutting off all blood flow. Emergency responders rushed him to Inland Valley’s trauma center, where he is now undergoing a series of intensive surgeries to keep him stable and to try and save his leg and restore circulation.

This is just the beginning of a long, uncertain road to recovery.

Shawn is a superhuman father of six, he’s devoted, selfless, and constantly putting his family’s needs above his own. He’s the kind of dad who has always shown up, fixes every broken thing, and never hesitates to offer help to anyone in need. Now, he’s the one who needs our help.

Due to the severity of his injuries, Shawn will be out of work for the foreseeable future. Between mounting medical bills, loss of income, and the day-to-day expenses of raising six children, the financial burden on the family is overwhelming.
