Help Support Sean and Siobhan battle MND

Donation protected
Having been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in 2019, fifty-six year old Sean Woods from Dromiskin in County Louth had to close his car mechanic business and stop working. Shortly afterwards, his wife Siobhan had to give up her job to care for Sean full time. While they have received great support from the HSE and the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association with equipment to care for Sean, we would like to raise funds to make sure they don't have to worry about their financial situation for the foreseeable future.

Sean, Siobhan and their family have raised thousands of euros for the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association and Watch your Back MND by organising and participating in various charity events, including Sean racing around Mondello race track in his wheelchair! We would love to give them something back and make their time together as comfortable as possible by raising enough funds to see them through this heartbreaking and difficult time.

All funds raised will go directly to Sean and Siobhan to help with medical and other related costs, including adapting their home to care for Sean and daily living expenses. We will be doing a sponsored hike in the Dublin mountains on 3rd April 2022 to raise awareness of MND and raise as many funds as possible for Sean and Siobhan. We would be so grateful for any donation you would like to make!
