Sciris Lopez, mother and endless supporter of our beloved Sarith Lopez and common presence in our lives at Quadrant Engineering, was diagnosed with cancer.
From her very first days at Quadrant Engineering shortly after moving to Canada, Sarith Lopez’s positive attitude, teamwork, and relentless work ethic made her immediately stand out not only in the office, but also amongst Quadrant Engineering clients. She quickly became a leader whom others knew they could count on, a friend who listened with a gentle ear and understanding, and a key individual who continues to give her all to Quadrant Engineering.
Sarith, together with her mother Sciris, moved to Canada not that long ago as immigrants to start their lives over seeking refuge from the hardships they lived and endured in their native country of Venezuela. Although having established herself here in Ottawa together with her daughter Sarith, Sciris does not have Provincial Health Insurance yet, and so the extent of the fees of for her treatments, which are still unknown at this early time, must be paid by her personally as they are not covered by any insurance.
