Help Support Sandra’s Cancer Treatment & Care

Sandra’s family is establishing this fund on her behalf to help offset the medical expenses and incidentals she will accrue along her journey.

Our dear Sandra has been recently diagnosed with stage IV high-grade soft tissue sarcoma. Doctors have been trying to treat this aggressive form of cancer through radiation therapy at Los Angeles Medical Center. As she is currently undergoing physical and occupational therapy at Northridge Care Center, this requires specialized medical transportation to and from her radiation appointments. As insurance doesn't cover all of these expenses, contributions to this fund will go directly to supporting Sandra’s ongoing care, especially as she transitions to home care.

Contributions are greatly appreciated and will help to support costs associated with gurney transportation, in-home skilled nursing care, and other expenses that will be necessary to ensure Sandra’s comfort.

Our dear Sandra lost her courageous battle with cancer on September 17. We sincerely thank you for your continued support as it assists our family with ongoing funeral and medical bill expenses. Services to celebrate Sandra's life will be held at Garcia Mortuary in Oxnard on Saturday, October 12 (viewing from 9-11 am, services begin at 11 am with a patio reception to follow).
