Hi everyone,

We are starting this fundraiser for Sal Lumaro, the husband of my best friend, who recently suffered a serious spinal cord injury after a fall. He is currently hospitalized and facing a long and uncertain recovery.

This injury has completely changed his day-to-day life. At this time, he is unable to work, and the financial strain on him and his family is growing quickly. Along with medical expenses, there are also ongoing costs like household bills, transportation, and other basic needs during this difficult time.

We are hoping to help ease at least some of that burden so the family can focus on what matters most right now—his recovery and rehabilitation.
