Hi everyone, my name is RoseMarie Higgins. I am a small-town artist who has attempted to live my life following my art, passions, and dreams wherever they can take me.

My entire life, I knew I was meant to be an artist, and I have worked hard to make that dream come true. My artistic journey took me from being a self-taught artist from the middle of nowhere, Idaho, to one of the top art schools in the American nation, Ringling College of Art and Design, all the way to Ireland where I have gotten to experience so many beautiful things and people and let my artistic side truly flourish. I took a big chance and applied to Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design, and Technology in Dublin, Ireland, where I would have the chance to study my passion and the kind of art I've found few schools are able to actually offer to teach, model making and sculpture for film and animation.

To my thrill, I got accepted with 600 out of a maximum 600 points on my portfolio. Unfortunately, I did not realize that there were almost no resources on financial aid for international students and getting a student loan is not possible for this school. Now I have until the end of July to raise all the funds I need to pay for school, have enough money in the bank to qualify for my student visa, and pay for a new place and living expenses in Dublin.

This is a life-changing opportunity, and I hope to inspire those around me as I work towards what I'm great at. I am so incredibly grateful for any donation possible, no matter how small, that anyone is willing to give to help make my dreams and aspirations come true.
