Anyone who knows my dad Ron knows he has an unmatchable zest for life. From kayaking with friends in many various lakes and waterways, camping, mushroom picking and fishing to dancing the night away at any local dance that happens, he is always busy and happy. 

Recently dad was diagnosed with a very treatable throat cancer and will begin his treatment this coming week. He’s calling it his next “adventure” and of course, in true Ron fashion, he is taking it all in stride and with a ton of positivity.

He will be traveling and staying in Victoria for the next number of weeks and of course that comes with a cost. We thought we’d start this fundraiser as a way for others who care about dad to help him out, even if it’s to send well wishes and positive thoughts. 

Every little bit helps towards getting dad through this next “adventure” and beyond, where he may have more financial burdens. Thank you so much in advance for any support you can give!
