Robert Wagner, frontman of the popular Austin band Suede, has spent years bringing music, joy, and unforgettable live shows to our community. Robert has always donated his time and support for musicians and friends by performing at benefit shows, sharing business opportunities, or donating directly.

Now, Robert needs our help.

He recently underwent a full hip replacement and leg-lengthening surgery. Though necessary, the procedure has left him out of work temporarily, and Robert is a full-time musician. The health insurance he pays for himself did not come close to covering the overall cost. He’s now facing a mini-mountain of major medical bills, including the surgery, follow-up appointments, physical therapy, and any ongoing care he needs as he heals. And it’s a long road of recovery still ahead.

I have been caring for Robert daily since the surgery, and he has his Mother’s support as well. But we can’t do this alone.
