Hello, my name is Ashley, and I am Richie Brandi Jr.'s girlfriend. Richie and Jason have asked that this fundraiser be created to help support their father, Richard Brandi Sr., as he faces a long and difficult road to recovery.

All donations will go directly toward his regular monthly bills, medical expenses, ongoing care needs, and any other costs that arise during his healing process.

On Friday, October 17, 2025, a tragic accident occurred when a truck caught fire while Rich was working on it in his shop. At this time, we still do not know the cause of the fire. Despite his efforts to extinguish the flames, the fire spread rapidly, and Rich sustained second- and third-degree burns to his face, head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands.

Upon arrival at the hospital, doctors worked to stabilize his blood pressure, regulate his body temperature, and begin treatment for both his burns and smoke inhalation. It was also discovered that his preexisting kidney disease had been further compromised, requiring dialysis.

Rich has been heavily sedated and intubated since his arrival and will remain so for the foreseeable future. His medical team anticipates skin graft surgery on Tuesday, October 21. Due to the extent of his burns, he remains at high risk for infection, and the hospital has limited visitors to immediate family only.
