Help support Ray's fight
Donation protected
On March 27, 2019 at 6:00 am, Raymond Southworth suffered a Grand Mal seizure. He was rushed to the hospital via ambulance where they did ekg, blood work, CT scan, multiple MRI to find out he has a Grade 2 Oligodendroglioma. This is a brain tumor that needed to be removed ASAP. On May 16, 2019 Ray had brain surgery to have the tumor removed. Doctors believe they got it all but the surgery has left Ray with slight paralyzation to the left side of his body resulting in being pulled out of work. He is getting ready to start 6 weeks of radiation and then 6 rounds of hard chemo spread out over 36 weeks. As most of you know Ray, he is a loving father, grandfather, spouse, and outstanding friend. Always looking to lend a hand either physically or financially when he can. At this point he has 8000.00 in doctor bills and we expect this to continue to grow. You will never understand (I know we did not) the stress of the financial impact something like this has on one until it happens to you. We are asking for any amount of donations in hope to relieve some of the financial stress so Ray can concentrate on getting through the next 8 months of staying healthy and kicking cancers ass! Thank so much in advance for your help, thoughts and prayers.
