Help Support Rabih in his road to Recovery ...

Rabih is an amazing Starbucks Coffee Master for the past 7 years. He started his Starbucks journey in Lebanon and with the help of his older brother Khaled, Rabih was able to continue his Starbucks journey here in the States. Everyone knows Rabih for his warm smile and wonderful personality.

On January 2, 2024, just two days into starting a new year, Rabih received the news no one is ever truly prepared for – “You have a brain tumor” - Life in a split second forever changed.

Rabih received his first surgery in January, inserting a shunt that would help relieve some pressure by draining fluid buildup. On Valentine's Day, his first of 3 surgeries to remove the tumor was performed cutting out the middle part of the tumor, to allow the tumor to collapse.

After his first surgery, Rabih was transferred to TIRR Memorial Herman for rehab and on March 8th, he was able to come home, rest and recover until April for the next brain surgery.

Unfortunately, things took a turn and Rabih's health began to decline. Concerned with Rabih's health, his brother rushed him to the hospital. After several tests, doctors informed them that he had developed blood clots. With his new condition, the 2nd surgery was delayed.

On April 13th, Rabih was admitted once more. After additional tests and scans, Rabih was told that his tumor had grown bigger which was causing him to decline and slowly losing his mobility on his right side.

Rabih's team of doctors realized that "waiting" was not in Rabih's favor. They needed to figure out what options could be done to operate.

On April 16th, Rabih went through a small surgery to implant an IVC Filter, which is a small device that stops blood clots from going up into the lungs. This allowed doctors to have the ability to perform Rabih's second brain surgery to continue the removal of the tumor.

Today, April 24th, Rabih received his second brain surgery. In in the operating room, Rabih lost lots of blood and doctors thought best to stop and were able to remove 50% of the tumor. Blood transfusions were necessary to help his body recover.

The next, and last surgery, will be on May 1st to remove the rest of the tumor.

Rabih continues to fight all odds, but his recovery is FAR from over.
As we all know, even with the best medical insurance, no
health insurance covers 100% of expenses. Medical bills take a toll financially on a family. Rabih will still need months of recovery and rehab.

In Rabih's situation, he has no other family here in the States besides his older brother Khaled. I am creating this Go Fund Me to help raise funds for Rabih and all the medical expenses that will continue in his road to a long recovery.

I will be keeping updates on Rabih's progress.

Keep Rabih in your prayers and THANK YOU to all who can help donate, we appreciate it, any little bit helps.
