Over the past year, my good friend Phil and his wife Sarah Towne and their three children have have walked through some crazy trials. Phil endured brain cancer, an immense surgery, and year of treatments. All throughout Phil’s battle Sarah had an unknown case of her own going on that they just recently discovered and had to have an urgent brain surgery remove the worst swelling portions. Here is the latest update from Phil and Sarah…

“The diagnosis for Sarah was glioblastoma. Her treatment plan will start much sooner than mine did but follow the same process. She'll have 6-7 weeks of daily radiation and chemo, 1 month break, then 6 months of a 5 day triple chemo dosage per month. From there it all depends on how the remaining masts of the tumor have responded. Pray for our victory over this. God has already saved her from several threatening moments to this point and given us the advantage of knowing how to fight. “
