Help Save Sweet Ozzy on his Road to Recovery
Donation protected
Hi everyone.
I never could have fathomed finding myself in this position, but here we are.
It is with a heavy heart that we share news that our dog, Ozzy, is fighting for his life after accidentally consuming a large amount of vitamins and prescription medications. What began as a horrible accident, quickly became our worst nightmare as he now potentially faces multiple life-threatening complications.
Upon discovering what happened, I rushed Ozzy to the emergency vet, where he was diagnosed with pneumonia, liver issues, and struggles with mobility in his hind legs. He currently is not able to stand or walk on his own. Watching our fun-loving, active boy struggle to walk and breathe has been heartbreaking, and we’re doing everything we can to help him fight through this and recover.
As you all can likely imagine, the treatment is intensive and costly. The veterinary bills are quickly piling up (what started at $5,000 is now up to 20,000) as he needs constant care, specialized medications, and rehabilitation. While we’re doing everything we can to cover the expenses, at this point, we realize we can’t do this alone.
If you know me, you know how much Ozzy means to me. When I’m not in the shop, he’s right by my side. My soulmate dog and absolute best friend. Ozzy has brought so much joy, love, and comfort into my life, and now he needs help.
From a place of deep humility, hope, and love, I’m asking for your support in any way possible — a monetary donation if you’re in that position, a simple share of this post, or just keeping us in your thoughts and prayers. Every ounce of support brings us one step closer to getting Ozzy the care he desperately needs to recover and get back to being the joyful, healthy, energetic dog we deeply cherish.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, generosity, and support during this incredibly difficult time. Your help means the world to us, and we’re so grateful for the prayers and support.
All our love,
Evan + Jamie + Ozzington
