Our sweet Uncle Jim has fallen on hard times and needs the support of friends, family, and community. On November 22nd, after not being able to reach him for several days, Jim was found unconscious on the floor of his home. He was rushed to the hospital and spent a week in the ICU, intubated and fighting for his life. For a time, it didn’t look good, but Jim pulled through. We are incredibly grateful he is still with us.

Jim is now in a rehab facility, slowly regaining his strength. While this is a hopeful step forward, he has a long road ahead. Once he is strong enough to leave the facility, our family plans to move him to Oregon so he can be close to his sister and surrounded by family who can help support him during his recovery.

We are raising funds to help cover Jim’s medical bills, ongoing care needs, and the expenses involved in relocating him safely to Oregon.
