Tabby and I have had dreams of growing our family for quite some time now. My father has passed, my mother is not in the picture, and unfortunately my grandparents won’t be around forever. Tabby does not have a large family that’s she’s close to either. We’ve decided to build our own chapter and grow from within. We are beginning the process of reciprocal IVF, or co-maternity as our fertility doctor beautifully states it. This is a process in which we retrieve eggs from Tabby, we choose a sperm donor, and then once the embryos are fertilized, it’s then transferred to me to carry. This is a way for both of us to be involved in an intricate process to create a little Crow.

We have military insurance, where infertility is not constituted by a same sex marriage, therefore only our initial testing and blood work is covered. The costs estimate to be 30K. We are hoping to raise even a small fraction of this cost. Anything helps. We intend to finance the rest as we pick up additional jobs to make our dreams of a bigger family happen.
