This week, our friend Sam Frazier experienced the heartbreaking loss of his daughter, Scarlett Grace Frazier, at just 16 years old. Sam has been her devoted father and has always been there for her, raising her with love and dedication.

Sam has been a dedicated part of his company, Team Industrial Services, for the past sixteen years, where he is known for his machining expertise, steady presence, and willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it’s handling tough jobs, training others on machining, or helping troubleshoot equipment and projects, Sam is someone people trust and respect. He’s the kind of person who has made Team feel like more than just a workplace.

We’ve started this fundraiser to help Sam through the difficult days ahead, covering funeral expenses and other unexpected costs. All money raised will go directly to Sam, helping to ease the financial burden so he can focus on his family and the steps ahead.
