Hi everyone, my name is Paola and this is my beautiful Abuelita Paula. She is 95 years old. As of 2 days ago my grandma suffered a stroke and is currently in the ICU at St.Bernadine’s Medical Center in San Bernardino. We were told she has a brain bleed and were given just a couple of days to see if there was any improvements with medication and platelets given but as of now no signs of improvements. We were told that surgery would be an option in cases like these but unfortunately due to her age it was not recommended. Her doctor advised us to prepare for the worse at this point because there was only so much that they can do. This is a difficult time and no one is ever prepared for this. We first and foremost thank god for allowing us the opportunity of having my Abuelita in our life, 95 years is such a blessing but we feel it in our hearts that he is calling her home.
