As some of you may know. My wife Kori has been in and out of the hospital since December of 2024 and we have spent most of this year in this hospital due to her going septic unexpectedly from a preventative surgery. Since then, we have been in and out of the hospital, all year long, so much that she has had pneumonia 3 times this last time, we have been curious as to why it had not been getting better. She has done many tests, blood cultures, panels, none which have showed that she has cancer.
On October 24th I brought her in because she had trouble breathing again and feared that the fluid she once had around her lungs had come back, we were admitted and the very next day, we had been informed that the fluid that they had pulled from her lungs had come back positive for cancer. T Cell Lymphoma to be exact. We were definitely unprepared for this news considering the results were received back in July but the results were never given to us. We are now 3 months behind on any kind of treatment plan and we are currently waiting on being transferred out to a specialist that deals with this particular cancer. With that being said, of course some of you know, bills don’t stop, we have already gone through what savings we had this summer, and in order to keep insurance I have to work at least one day a week while traveling back and forth to OKC to be with her for treatments. I know our world is in a terrible position so even if you cannot give monetarily, a share, a prayer, or helping make sure our boys are fed and taken care of is perfect enough for us. Thank you for taking the time to read our story ♥️
