Just a month ago, our world was turned upside down when my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer that has spread to his bones. He's always been the strongest person I know-full of life, energy, and love for staying active. He lives for his morning jogs, weekend soccer games, and the simple joy of moving his body. Now, this devastating diagnosis is taking that away from him.
