Help support Oscar’s operation

My name is Lorna Williams and my dog, Oscar, needs surgery for a rare abdominal condition. We have him insured but because of the nature of the condition, he has been referred to a specialist centre, which has exceeded our cover by £2,300. He was a little rescue dog from Arc in Bishop’s Stortford, which any excess will be donated to, but at this moment his life depends on getting this surgery.
