In Monkey Bay, Malawi, our Friends Mariska and Aaron have started the NGO One Heart Malawi, a foundation that supports vocational training in a country where education is not as commonplace as it is in the Netherlands. Over the past few years they have worked tirelessly and voluntarily to grow there foundation and they now give training to almost 50 young adults yearly in subjects like welding, sewing, cooking and soon in ICT. These young adults bring these trades to their communities and are able to become self-reliant and support their families. The students do pay a small school-fee themselves and income is generated by the welding- and sewing activities but the foundation also relies on donor-funding. As you can see on their website you can donate there directly (and 100% of the money will go to the foundation), but i would like to surprises

them with a substantial contribution as well.
