Twin boys -
Matthew - (who is her spitting image)
Michael - who suffers from autism and requires specialized care
We are all in a complete state of shock and overwhelmed with the grief of losing someone so young.
As with the way of the world, the bills and medical expenses have piled up and now are yet another hurdle for the shattered family to deal with.
