We are raising funds to support a truly deserving young man, Noah O’Neill, a 10th-grade student with a bright future and a strong commitment to community, family, and personal growth. Noah has expressed a deep interest in attending Tucson’s legendary TEEM HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) college tour this year. This is a transformative opportunity that will allow him to explore educational paths, build confidence, and see firsthand the legacy and excellence of HBCUs.

Noah is not only a student but also an active and young leader. He has played an integral role in his mother’s small business, assisting with the setup and breakdown of vendor pop-up events, handling customer payments, and offering thoughtful input on how the business can operate more efficiently. His involvement shows a strong work ethic, leadership, and a genuine investment in supporting his family’s success.

This passion for entrepreneurship was further developed when Noah participated in the Build Business Bootcamp for Young Entrepreneurs. This program empowers youth through strategic leadership training and financial awareness, and Noah was proud to take part. It gave him practical tools, broadened his perspective, and inspired him to think about how business and community impact go hand in hand.

In addition to his dedication at home, Noah has been an active community volunteer for several years. He has served with Teen Court, an innovative youth justice program, where he initially worked as a courtroom juror and recently restarted his participation. He is now looking forward to being elevated to the role of bailiff, continuing to grow in this important space. Through his experience in Teen Court, Noah has developed a deep compassion for the youth who come through the program. His experience there has opened his eyes to the challenges many young people face. He shows true compassion for the kids who come through the system and understands how lack of support often leads to tough choices. This insight has made him even more committed to being part of the solution and has helped shape his understanding of justice, empathy, true friendship and the importance of second chances.

Noah’s heart for service extends to his broader community as well. He has volunteered with the local community food bank through his school, helping to ensure that families in need receive meals. He also supports his mother during her volunteer work with the local chapter of her sorority, participating in a variety of service projects and events that uplift and strengthen the community.

In all that he does, Noah exemplifies the values of service, responsibility, and vision. Attending the HBCU college tour will not only expose him to the rich cultural and academic legacy of HBCUs but will also serve as a pivotal experience to inspire and guide his future academic and career goals.
