Nick, was admitted to the University of Utah Burn Center after a tragic accident on August 29. While spending time with friends fishing at Strawberry Lake, Nick fell into a campfire and sustained severe 3rd degree burns across his face, neck, and the tops of his shoulders.
Because of the extent of his injuries and the swelling in his face and neck. Doctors estimate he will remain in the hospital for at least the next six months as he undergoes surgeries, treatments, and rehabilitation. After he is released he will be facing another 5 years of surgeries and repairs.
Nick is not only a loving husband, but also a devoted father and a carefree, kindhearted man who brings joy to everyone around him. His greatest love in life is his family and friends, anyone who knows him knows how deeply he cherishes them.
This beautiful family is now facing unimaginable challenges—emotionally, physically, and financially. The mounting medical bills, time away from work, and the road ahead are overwhelming. We are asking for help to lift some of that burden so they can focus on what matters most: Nick’s healing and recovery.
Every donation, big or small, will go directly to supporting Nick and his family during this incredibly difficult time. If you cannot give, please keep them in your prayers and share this page to spread the word.
From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you all for keeping Nick close to your hearts during this incredibly difficult time. Please continue to hold him in your thoughts and prayers—and don’t forget to hug your loved ones a little tighter.
