My name is Annette and I am a life-long Utah resident. I've been working very hard to have a successful life. I met the love of my life, David, in 2008, and we have a house in Utah with my mother-in-love, Charlotte, since 2009. I received my Associate's degree in Business in 2014. We also have 3 animals (dogs Shebah & Cooper, and cat Patty). I had a great job working from home until June 2024. I started having a couple of medical issues, and my job wouldn't work with me on these issues. I've gone through unemployment fully without any success in finding work.

I found out in the past few months that my liver has 100% End-Stage Liver Failure, and I now also have paralysis of my left hand. This means I cannot work. I've applied for Disability benefits through Social Security. We are also in the process of being evaluated for a Liver Transplant. We are at the end stage of this and should be approved for this shortly. This involves MANY tests and evaluations. As you know, trying to get assistance from the government is not a quick process. We are barely making ends meet each month to be able to stay in our home and have food to feed us. We've really reduced a lot of the things we were doing monthly, but we are still barely scraping by.
