I have started this fundraiser on behalf of my 14 year old brother Nathan. Nathan recently experienced a sudden medical emergency which led to hospitalization, medical testing, immediate brain surgery requiring time in the ICU under the care of CHOP doctors, nurses & staff. Nathan was released from the hospital on Christmas Eve & arrived home just in time for Christmas! Nathan has been a FIGHTER through this entire process & will continue to fight with the support of all his family & friends. With the unfortunate diagnosis of brain cancer Nathan has a LONG road of recovery ahead of him, we are hoping with the ongoing treatment of radiation & chemotherapy he will make a full recovery. With this “gofundme” all money raised will go directly towards Nathan’s medical bills & expenses during his fight.
