Hello family, friends and whoever this may reach, I wanted to ask all of you who read this for your help me in raising funds to be to an amazing opportunity to travel to Spain to play soccer. As most of you know I’ve started playing sports at a very young age, from baseball to flag football to soccer. When I was 5 years old my parents exposed me to soccer and ever since that moment soccer has been my passion. Recently I was blessed with an opportunity to play soccer and attend TFA- Tecnifutbol Academy in Spain, it’s a 2 week program that will take place July of 2024. After I heard this amazing news it filled me with joy knowing that I can get closer to my goal of becoming a professional soccer player, but then looking further at the details I realized that I couldn't raise the money needed for the trip in time by the deadline. This truly stung knowing that all the hard work I've put in throughout the year, overcoming many challenges of my life in and outside of soccer, constantly striving to grow, I'm being held a step short of reaching the next step of my goal.
