Help support Natalie and Alitzel

My beautiful, brave, 18 year old student, Natalie, gave birth to her daughter, Alitzel, on August 9, 2020. In addition to being a young mom and wanting to maintain her high GPA, Natalie learned that she was facing another tough obstacle when Alitzel was born with a rare condition called Arthrogryposis or (AMC). Arthrogryposis is congenital joint contracture affecting two or more areas of the body. It derives its name from Greek, literally meaning "curving of joints". Alitzel has AMC in both her upper and lower body and she needs extensive therapy and surgery on her arms, wrists, hands, legs, feet and hips.  Natalie hopes to bring Alitzel to an AMC specialist for her therapy and surgeries in Florida which is far from their home in San Diego, California.  We hope to help support Natalie in  raising the money to make this possible and to help to continue with Alitzel's recovery.  Special modified equipment to help with her mobility is also needed. Any extra money will be used for childcare so Natalie can start college in the fall.
