My only son Federico (Fred) Caballero has recently been diagnosed with sarcoma a rare type of cancer. Fred will be having surgery next month. The surgery will have to be performed by a head and neck cancer surgeon at either UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas or MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. My son will require after care post surgery to recover fully. This delicate and complicated surgery he must undergo to remove the cancerous tumor.
