Help support my sister Kimberly that has cancer
Donation protected
Family and Friends,
Some of you know, but for those of you that don’t, my sister Kimberly at the age of 48 has been diagnosed with breast cancer. One of the most dreadful news to receive as a woman and as a mother. Based on her diagnosis and our family history, she has chosen to have a full mastectomy to prevent her cancer from spreading. Unfortunately, due to this surgery, she will need 6-8 weeks off from work to fully recover.
Kim is a single mother while also caring for two minor daughters, with one daughter having down syndrome. Kim is a full-time teacher that works with kids with special needs and unfortunately her employment does not offer short term disability to cover her time off. Therefore, she will not receive pay while she recovers from cancer and her upcoming surgery.
What I am hoping for is support. Financial support for her to not worry about her medical expenses, her $5,000 insurance deductible that needs to be met, along with rent and food for her children.
For those of you that know Kim, you know that she is fun loving, hardworking, and cares for her children before caring her herself. Woman to Woman, Mother to Mother, and Parent to Parent, I ask that you please support her while battling cancer, heals, and has one less worry as a mother and a single provider.
I pray that she overcomes this battle and thank you in advance for anything that you can donate in her time of need.
Kindest Regards,
