My family has been going through one of the hardest moments of our lives. In April, my father was unexpectedly detained by ICE. Since then, my mom has been handling everything on her own — the emotional weight, the bills, the legal appointments, and trying to keep our home stable while we fight to bring him back.

After months of searching and multiple consultations, we finally found an attorney who is willing to take on my father’s case and help him fight his deportation. My father has been a lawful resident since 2006. He has worked hard every single year, paid his taxes, and has always been a loving father, husband, and friend. Anyone who knows him knows how hardworking, kind, and humble he is.

My father also owned his own trucking business and has been driving for over 25 years. Trucking wasn’t just his job — it was something he took pride in. He built his business from the ground up, providing for our family through long hours, countless miles, and years of dedication. Ever since he was detained, everything came to a complete stop. We would love nothing more than to see him back in his truck again, doing what he loves and rebuilding what was taken from him.

The legal fees and ongoing household expenses have become overwhelming, especially for my mom. My father was the main provider, and since he’s been gone, she has had no choice but to step up and work to support herself and everything they built together. Recently, she suffered an accident at work that forced her to take time off, making things even more difficult for her financially.

My mother is a truly genuine soul — the kind of person who gives to others without ever asking for anything in return. She has stayed strong through every challenge, but right now she needs help. We’re trying to raise $15,000 to cover the attorney fees for my father’s case and help my mom with bills and basic living expenses as she recovers.

Él construyó su negocio desde cero y mantuvo a nuestra familia con su esfuerzo, sus horas en carretera y tantos años de trabajo. Desde que fue detenido, todo se detuvo por completo. Nada nos gustaría más que verlo de nuevo en su camión, haciendo lo que ama y recuperando lo que le fue arrebatado.
