In Loving Memory of Our Mom

Update June 9

With broken hearts, we share that our beautiful mom has passed away.

We sat by her side for days—hopeful, afraid, and holding on to every flicker of possibility. Her hospital room became sacred ground where grief and faith lived side by side. We whispered to her, prayed over her, and told her how deeply she is loved. We begged for a miracle, but when her body could no longer fight, we surrendered her to peace.

Though it wasn’t the outcome we prayed for, we believe Jesus met her in that moment—gentle, loving, and kind—to carry her home to heaven. That is where our hope lives now.

We’ll be holding a Celebration of Life in Ohio, and Dragon will also host a service in Florida for those who loved her here. We will share details as soon as we have them.

Thank you for your continued prayers, love, and support. Your generosity has allowed us to be present with her without hesitation—something we will always be grateful for.

On the night of May 25, around 11 p.m., our mom was in a serious motorcycle accident in Florida.

During her time in the ICU, she received around-the-clock care that gave our family a chance to be by her side and say goodbye. We’re incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received during this heartbreaking time. We are now faced with the overwhelming task of handling her remaining medical expenses, funeral costs, and ongoing bills. While it’s never easy to ask for help, we’re reaching out to friends, family, and anyone who feels moved to support us during this time. Any contribution—big or small—will go directly toward covering her medical care, final arrangements, and easing the financial stress on our family as we grieve this unimaginable loss.
