Hey everyone,

I’m reaching out for help during a challenging time for my mom and I. Today, my mom is undergoing carpal tunnel surgery on her right arm. This surgery is necessary to relieve her pain and restore function to her hand, but it comes with a long recovery period. As she is right-handed, this will significantly impact her daily life and ability to work.

Adding to the complexity, my mom has previously battled breast cancer and has developed lymphedema as a result. Her recovery period is estimated to be 6-8 weeks due to these complications. During this time, she will not be able to work and will face considerable medical expenses and lost income.

My mom is not just my rock; she is my support system. Since I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, she has helping me pay my bills and manage my condition. Now, she needs support more than ever.

I (she doesn’t know I’m doing this) am hoping to raise $3000 to cover medical bills, recovery expenses, and to help with lost income during her recovery. Any contribution, no matter how small, would make a significant difference and is deeply appreciated.
