Recently, my mom was involved in a life-threatening accident at work—she was tragically run over by a forklift. By the grace of God, she survived, but the injuries she sustained are severe. Her leg was badly damaged and may require multiple surgeries to repair the skin and tissue. In addition, she suffered injuries to her back and shoulder that will require long-term care and rehabilitation.

This accident has turned her world upside down. She will be out of work for an extended period, and while she focuses on healing, the bills don’t stop. She still has to cover her mortgage, car payment, utilities, and daily living expenses.
