Help Support My Legal Case for Moral Harassment Against Yves Lévy — Husband of Agnès Buzyn, the former French Minister of Health — and Associate of Anthony Fauci
I am seeking your support in a legal action I have brought against Yves Lévy, former head of Inserm (the French equivalent of the NIH) and husband of then–Minister of Health Agnès Buzyn, for moral harassment and wrongful dismissal following my research on breast cancers linked to mammography.
In 2018, I was dismissed from Inserm shortly after publishing a preprint on bioRxiv, and before one of our studies appeared in the New England Journal of Medicine. My dismissal followed two years of psychological harassment carried out through intermediaries. It began with my removal from a productive research team without any explanation. Later, Inserm fabricated a case of absenteeism based on badge data from the Curie Institute. When I demonstrated that this accusation was baseless, the institution switched tactics and constructed a dossier alleging professional incompetence, with assistance from selected scientists, in order to justify my dismissal.
Initially overwhelmed by the coordinated nature of the attack against me and unsure how to respond, I gradually uncovered the broader interests at stake, identified those responsible, and understood their operating methods.
This case is part of a larger, disturbing pattern. After Hiroshima, the U.S. military deliberately minimized the health risks of radiation exposure and built an entire narrative around so-called radiation science that served political interests rather than scientific truth. The government maintained the capacity to suppress dissenting information. Before me, Dr. John Gofman—head of radiation health effects research at the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission—was sidelined and discredited for accurately estimating radiation risks (1).
Yves Lévy is closely linked to Dr. Anthony Fauci (2), then head of U.S. biodefense programs (3). Fauci played a central role in concealing the laboratory origin of COVID-19, a virus resulting from gain-of-function experiments his office helped fund. He also orchestrated the U.S. pandemic response and used military-backed funding to suppress evidence about the virus’s origins, as well as to silence scientific perspectives that contradicted his public health approach.
Those who challenged him faced retaliation. Among them were Robert Redfield, then director of the CDC; Jay Bhattacharya, now director of the NIH; and German physicist Roland Wiesendanger, who faced legal threats for defending the lab-leak theory.
Not only did Fauci conceal critical information to protect his personal legacy, he also intended to continue gain-of-function research capable of triggering new pandemics. The campaign to silence my work on X-ray radiation risks since 2016 has already led to thousands of preventable cancer deaths.
By filing a complaint against Yves Lévy, I am challenging this system of scientific suppression. As you can imagine, my opponents have deep institutional backing and substantial financial resources. That’s why I am asking for your help.

Aidez moi dans mon procès pour harcèlement moral contre Yves Lévy, mari d’Agnès Buzyn et proche d’Anthony Fauci.
J’ai été renvoyé de l’Inserm (le NIH français) par Yves Lévy, mari d’Agnès Buzyn, qui était alors ministre de la Santé, pour ma découverte des cancers causés par les mammographies.
Ce renvoi en 2018 a fait suite à deux ans de harcèlement moral par personnes interposées, débutant par un renvoi sans motif de l’équipe dans laquelle je travaillais et obtenais de bons résultats. Par la suite, l’Inserm a établi un faux dossier d’accusation d’absentéisme à partir des relevés de badge de l’institut Curie, et après que j’ai montré que cette accusation était fabriquée de toute pièce, a monté un dossier d’insuffisance professionnelle pour me renvoyer avec l’aide de scientifiques.
Le renvoi a suivi la mise en ligne d’un preprint sur BioRxiv et a été suivi de la publication d’une de nos études dans le New England Journal of Medicine.
Après une période pendant laquelle j’ai eu du mal à comprendre ce qui m’arrivais et comment contester mon licenciement, puisqu’une machination impliquant de nombreux acteurs s’était déployée contre moi, j’ai pu identifier les enjeux, les responsables, et leur modus operandi.
L’armée américaine s’était employée à minimiser le risque lié aux radiations après Hiroshima, et était à l’origine d’une science des effets des radiations qui n’avait rien de scientifique. Elle avait la possibilité de censurer les informations qui n’allaient pas dans son sens. Avant moi, le responsable de l’étude de l’effet biologique des radiations à la Commission de l’Énergie Atomique américaine, John Gofman, avait été mis hors circuit et traité comme un paria parce qu’il avait correctement estimé les risques des radiations (1).
Yves Lévy est un proche d’Anthony Fauci (2), à l’époque chef de la biodéfense américaine (3), qui avait été capable pendant plusieurs années d’étouffer les informations sur l’origine en laboratoire du virus du Covid, qui était une conséquence des expériences gain-de-fonction qu’il avait financées.
Fauci avait également organisé la réponse à la pandémie que ces expériences avaient provoqué. Le budget dont il disposait grâce à l’armée lui a permis de censurer les informations sur l’origine du virus et celles qui allaient contre sa conception de la réponse sanitaire. Les personnes qui le dérangeaient ont été renvoyées, mises à l’écart ou harcelées. Parmi elles, Robert Redfield, alors directeur du CDC, et Jay Bhattacharya, maintenant directeur du NIH. Un autre chercheur, Roland Wiesendanger, a été poursuivi en justice pour avoir défendu l’hypothèse d’un accident de laboratoire.
Non seulement Fauci a dissimulé l’origine du Covid pour protéger sa réputation, mais il entendait continuer des expériences gain-de-fonction capables de causer une nouvelle pandémie. La volonté de me faire taire depuis 2016 concernant les risques des rayons X est responsable de plusieurs milliers de morts par cancer.
C’est à ce système que je m’attaque en portant plainte aujourd’hui contre Yves Lévy, et comme vous vous en doutez, la partie adverse ne manquera pas d’argent ni de soutien institutionnel pour se défendre. C’est pour cette raison que je sollicite votre aide. Dans cette histoire, nous sommes tous concernés.
