I hope this message finds you well. My name is Dessa Fairchild, and I'm reaching out to share a bit of my story with you.

On July 16th, I'll be undergoing a hysterectomy due to congested pelvis syndrome, a condition that has caused me severe pain and discomfort for far too long. After years of battling with my health, I've come to the realization that it's time to prioritize my well-being.

Unfortunately, my journey to recovery has been filled with challenges. I recently underwent an internal lateral sphincterotomy, which depleted my sick leave at work. This leaves me in a tough spot financially as I prepare for another surgery.

For the past decade, I've neglected my health due to struggles with self-worth. But as I approach my 30th birthday, I've made a commitment to myself to turn things around. I refuse to let my past dictate my future, and I'm determined to reclaim my health.

That's why I'm reaching out to you, my incredible community, for support. I'm humbly asking for financial assistance to help cover my living expenses during my upcoming surgery and recovery period. This monetary amount will include only rent and bills for two months. I will rely on local food banks for groceries and have mostly everything else I will need. Your generosity will allow me to focus on my physical wellness without the added stress of financial burden.
