Help support my friend Gordon with medical bills!

Hello, my name is Mike Moore, and I have established this GoFundMe campaign to help my friend Gordon, who is overwhelmed by mounting medical bills associated with cancer treatments.

Anyone who knows him knows he would be one of the last people to ask for help, and that's why I'm asking for him. Because when you ask for help, it is not giving up!

Gordon's journey is not unlike many other people who are underinsured. Yes, that is not unique these days with our broken healthcare system. What is unique is that Gordon was the one person who stepped up and made a difference in my life when I needed it most. While I was undergoing my cancer treatment, I suddenly lost my only daughter, who passed away. He was always there for me to lean on and helped me get through it all, even helping me to make funeral arrangements for her. Now it is my turn to step up and help him.

Gordon has no children and a small family support network. His mother passed away from cancer-related causes in 2003, and his father in 2019. His other family is solidly in his corner, but they are stretched out across the country, with nobody being local.

Again, this is why I'm reaching out to you for support. I'm determined to turn his story into a triumph that others can share as inspiration with those facing similar battles, trying to overcome his seemingly insurmountable medical bills.
