Help Support My Final Exhibition at ICP!
Donation protected
Hi friends and family!
My year at the International Center of Photography is coming to an end, which means preparation for our final show has started. Since October, I’ve been working on a long term project titled Members Only which documents The Banatul Folklore and Soccer Club, a Romanian social club located in Ridgewood. I’ve been working carefully with my classmates, teachers, and the curators to sequence this work in a meaningful way. From mid-May to the beginning of June, my work will be presented among that of my classmates in the ICP’s museum. I’m thrilled, and could not be more excited to share this project, but I need to pay for the production.
The costs of preparing for this show are steep – the framing, paper, and printing costs are calculated to be around $2,000. My schedule these past few months has been so busy with classes and shooting, and I’ve had to take less shifts at work and I could use some help with the costs.
Those who donate $35 or more will receive my zine! The zine, titled Cramped Up on the Learning Curve, is a project I’ve been working on over the past five-ish years, documenting my friends and me in our early navigation of adulthood on film. It is 32 pages front to back and contains photos from San Francisco, Santa Barbara, London, and New York. I’m biased, because it’s full of people I love, but it’s beautiful and you should have one!!
Here's a link to a video of the zine, and a link to my website to see all the other work I've been doing.
My goal is to raise this money by June 1st.
Thank you <333
