Help Support My Father's Recovery After Devastating Fire

Starting this Gofund for my father Jason Mann.

I’m sure some of you know my father's struggles with a medical condition. He has a mass on is brain that has changed the complexion of his life. He’s struggled with seizures over the years but has made the best of it considering his circumstances.

He’s a fighter and lived solely for his dogs. They meant everything to him. Even opened his own nonprofit organization to help less fortunate animals.

On July 9th he started having multiple seizures. He had been doing so well the last couple of years but this happened before. His neighbor looked over him for a couple days. My dad refused to have anyone call me for his own reasons.

I was alerted and came out July 11th at 10 am. This happened 2 years ago and I waited 3 days of him having seizures to call 911. They stabilized him and he had been doing a lot better for 2 years. I feel as if he knew what I’d do and thats why he didn’t call me.

When I arrived he was bed ridden and having multiple seizures. I wasn’t going to make the same mistake again and wait. I forced him to go to the hospital. After multiple attempts they finally took him against his own will. I made sure the house was safe and his neighbors got his keys and instructions to take care of house and animals. I then followed him to Pahrump Hospital to make sure that he was safe and know to call me in case of any emergencies. He was still having seizures so I went back home to Vegas.

I then got a call at 1:43 am that he’d been transferred to a Vegas hospital. Next call I received was from neighbor Brett that there was a fire at his house.

This fire cost my dad everything! Not just materialistic things but the one thing he lived most for which was his dogs. As his son I'm heartbroken and feel somewhat responsible. No matter the money we raise, we can never bring the dogs back or the precious possessions he had in his home.

My goal is to rehabilitate my father and get him back on his 2 feet. Everything and anything helps during this time. He’s still in the ICU. So let's give him something to get his life kick started when he gets out. The fire cost him everything he ever worked for. TY
