I want to begin by sharing my story. I started high school at the peak of the pandemic, which was one of the most difficult things to do with everything happening around the world. In addition to all that, at the age of 14, I was given a diagnosis of a depression disorder that made things difficult for me. During all this, I wasn't able to keep up with school, which severely affected my grades and overall GPA.

In my junior year, I focused on improving my GPA and grades, continuing this effort into senior year. However, my guidance counselor warned me about challenges in getting into my desired college due to my academic record. With limited options, I decided on community college.

Two months later, (two weeks ago) I was notified by my coach Ziham from Street Soccer USA, that SCU, an organization I've been working with as a young leader to learn and find ways to improve the community and environment we live in, was offering me an opportunity for a scholarship in England. The money raised from this Gofundme will be used for traveling expenses and to be able to dorm on campus for my first year of college.

Im grateful with Street Soccer for giving me access to soccer and to this life changing opportunity. Even though this full scholarship has been handed to me, there are still some expenses that need to be covered. I would like to ask for your help to make this happen.
