Help support my Dental Care

Hi,

My name is Peter Needham, I am 61 and I have had multiple sclerosis for 35 years today (25/01/25) In those years have never asked for anything but I’d like to say now I need help with my teeth and would like nothing more to get some titanium implants. I am in need of extensive dental work and would like some help to support me get my dream smile back. If anyone can help, I’ll be much appreciated. Thank you all kindly for reading and any support.
