Hi, I'm Tucker (at least that's what I used to be called). My old family dumped me four months ago, and I was found shot in the road. I'm a trooper though, I've survived four months on my own, even through the winter storm!! Unfortunately, I have to have my leg amputated (the bullet went straight through my bone and shattered my leg!) My dogtor says I have a GREAT prognosis once amputation is complete, so I'm ready to put this all behind me and start my new life with my new family! I heard I have a brother at home that is eager to meet me. I'm hopeful with everyone's donations that I am able to afford my amputation and all my other associated medical bills while I recover...I guess I have a long road ahead of me until I learn how to be a well-balanced tripod. My surgery is set to be about $3,000. I'd really appreciate anything you are able to offer, including just well wishes!
