While on a hike in early November, Morgan began to experience right-sided arm weakness and numbness, slurred speech, and facial drooping. After a 3 1/2 mile hike back and a trip to the emergency room, it was determined she was having a stroke. As a perfectly healthy 38-year-old, this was a shock to us all. Morgan was immediately admitted, and after 6 days of testing, no cause was determined. Her symptoms have improved, and we have no reason to believe she won’t make a full recovery with the help of outpatient therapy.

We are turning to our community to help us raise funds for our sweet, beloved sister in her time of need.
