Help support Montgomery, RJ and Aisley’s medical journey.
Donation protected
Hi, I’m Jennifer—Montgomery’s proud grandma and RJ’s mom.
I’m reaching out with a hopeful spirit to ask for your help as our family faces a tough season medically.
My first grandbaby, Montgomery, was born four weeks early. While he’s a little fighter, he’s been facing some unexpected medical challenges. His esophagus flap hasn’t fully developed, which makes feeding difficult - he gags when trying to burp or spit up, and nothing comes out. On top of that, he has a tongue and lip tie that make feeding even more frustrating and exhausting for both him and his mom, Aisley. The procedure to correct this costs $1,000, and insurance won’t cover it.
Montgomery also has weak neck muscles and is currently in physical therapy twice a week at $100 per session.
As if that wasn’t enough, my son RJ—Montgomery’s dad—recently had a seizure while shopping alone. He collapsed and had to be rushed to the hospital by ambulance. It was terrifying, and it’s added even more stress and medical bills.
Meanwhile, Aisley’s maternity leave has cut their income in half, and RJ is working nights doing DoorDash after putting in a full day at his regular job—just trying to make ends meet. But it’s still not enough.
They’ve made payment plans wherever possible, but the bills are piling up fast.
If you feel moved to help in any way—whether through a donation, a share, or simply lifting them in prayer—it would mean the world to us. I believe we’ll get through this, but right now, they could use a village behind them.
Thank you so much for reading and for caring. ❤️
With gratitude,
Jennifer
