In a small town like Monson, moments like this mean everything.
Our girl's 4x100 relay team has qualified for the Adidas Nationals Outdoor Track & Field Championships in North Carolina - and they've made history along the way. This season, these four dedicated athletes broke their school record - twice and are currently ranked 31st in the entire state across all divisions.
They've put in countless hours of training, pushed each other to be better every day, and proudly represented Monson every time they stepped on the track. Now, they've earned the chance to compete against the best in the country.
Because the championship takes place after the school year ends in June, this opportunity is not funded by the school. All expenses - including transportation, hotel accommodations, meals and new uniforms - must be covered by the athlete's families.
We are so grateful for the support of our friends, family and the Monson community, and we sincerely appreciate any help in making this opportunity possible.
