This March, our sister, Monica was diagnosed with HER2-positive breast cancer, which is an aggressive form of cancer. Fortunately, she caught it early, between two annual mammograms. She began chemotherapy in April and finished it up in August, followed by a lumpectomy. Unfortunately, the chemotherapy did not kill all the cancer cells, so she has to undergo additional chemotherapy until April 2026, along with radiation treatment.

Monica has been out of work for 7 months and is currently on long-term disability, which only covers 60% of her salary. The financial burden from her treatments, surgery, and time away from work has become overwhelming.

Anyone who knows Monica understands her kind heart; she has always been there for others and is the last person to ask for financial help for herself. Now it's our turn to support her.
