Hi,

I am affectionately known to many as MmaMma Laura.

A name given to me by the community I have served.

I recently procured a new-used car… that turns out, does not fall under the lemon laws, yet does infact have a few extenuating issues (I have had a few different mechanics look at it and...) the story repeated is; it will cost a couple thousand to fix.

The ability to get it fixed:

UNCheck.

I have already put 'some' moneys into it, but it needs more extensive work than my New Job currently affords me.

I’m told… it’s actually a good car, and once I get the work done, it should last a nice long while…

[It needs, from as simple as an extensive Tune Up... to as costly as the replacing of the Catalytic Converter]

What I find unfortunate is, it looks like the few things wrong may have been masked, or unattended as of my purchase from the previous owners.

The moneys I am hoping to raise will allow me to get the car up to code, so I can continue to get to and from work everyday.

It will lighten the stress felt each and everytime I get in my car, just to start it up... hoping and praying it will do what a car is designed to do.

Having my car in solid working condition also permits me to continue to B of service to others as it does my heart good to extend myself where able.

I am nervous and excited all at once to lay my needs out here, with hopes of having my prayers answered.
