My mom has no idea I’m creating this—but as her daughter, caregiver, and biggest cheerleader, I’ve had the privilege of standing beside her through every moment of this journey. And I’ve never met someone more selfless, strong, or faith-filled.
In July 2023, my mom was diagnosed with an extremely rare and aggressive form of cancer—neuroendocrine endometrial uterine cancer. She was given just six months to live. But by the grace of God and through her relentless spirit, she is still here, still fighting with everything she has.
What a lot of people don’t see is how she continues to put everyone else before herself—even in the midst of her own battle. That’s just who she is. She amazes me daily with her compassion, her grace, and the unwavering faith she holds onto no matter how dark the valley may be.
What many also don’t realize is how financially devastating this has been for my parents. They run a small business and do not qualify for traditional insurance, which means every hospital stay, treatment, and medication comes at a heavy cost. On top of the cancer spreading to her lungs, we’ve now learned it has also spread to her brain and adrenal glands, bringing more treatments and more bills. Yet through it all, she never complains. She would never ask for help—so I’m asking for her.
If you feel led to give in any way, please know how deeply appreciated it is. Your support helps relieve some of the financial burden and allows us to focus on what matters most: helping my mom continue this fight.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your prayers, generosity, and love. We are so blessed by this community and truly grateful for every act of kindness during this time.
With love and gratitude,
