A son, A husband, A brother, An uncle, A father figure, A marine veteran, A loyal friend who would give you the shirt off his back. It is likely someone just came to mind. What if that person you are thinking about needed you?

For his family and friends, Michael Stratton is that person. But unfortunately, he and his family are in desperate need of your help.

On March 28, 2022, Mike suffered a massive stroke in his sleep. After being revived, he was brought to Framingham hospital and later transferred to Tufts Medical center in Boston. Mike was admitted to the MICU. It was touch and go for a while, but he is determined and no longer uses a ventilator. Instead, he breathes through a trach and has a feeding tube. Tuesday, he was moved to the 7th floor and is waiting for a room in the stroke ward. One hurdle down a long road to travel. There is no doubt that Mike will continue to give his all in this fight.

While he fights his battle to heal over the next several months or years, he and his family need your encouragement, prayers, and immediate financial assistance. Mike was the provider for his wife, Julie, fighting her own battle with cancer. He is also a caregiver for his 94-year-old mother. Therefore any amount of help would be greatly appreciated. All funds raised will assist Mike with medical bills and supporting responsibilities and make the real possibility that he may walk again or even make a full recovery.
