Hi, my name is Tammy, and I am fund raising for my husband Michael (Mike) Davenport.
On August 29, 2023, Mike received a Liver Transplant. He has been in the SICU for over a week now. During this time his kidneys have been slow to respond. The doctors had started him on Continuous Dialysis to help support this function. As of Tuesday, this week, Mike has been moved to dialysis 3 1/2 hours every day instead of 24 hours around the clock.
As Mike continues to recover, we are in need of urgent support.
The money raised by this GOFUNDME will provide financial assistance for the following:
- Medical Expenses
- Living Expenses while Tammy (Mike's wife) takes time off from work to care for him.
Anyone that knows Mike, knows that we have been dealing with his liver issues for over 8 years. So, to finally get to the point where the actual liver transplant has occurred, is a blessing.
